The Setting of the Event
Where is the event?  Do I know how to get there?
o Plan ahead

o If you can’t find something, ask for help
o Ask permission (if necessary), sign release (if necessary)

•Main action/speaker?
Do I need a microphone?  What kind?
What kind of movement is there?
Is there enough room for tripod, bags, etc.?
Will I be able to run on battery or will I need to bring a power cord?
Am I near an outlet?
What is the light like?  Is it backlit, frontal lit?
